Aroma Festival 2014 & Löwenbräu Keller

Here's a quick account of this year's Aroma Festival. The Rocks Aroma Festival is basically a coffee addicts' heaven at where you can have a sip of all the best handmade coffee in Sydney. Tasting all the coffee seems like an exciting idea however that giant pork knuckle from our lunch was still in my stomach, so only one cup for me!

The Trees Collection

I don't know about you, but I have this little obsession with 'Trees'. Even as cliché as it sounds, to me, Trees symbolise life, peace and eternity. Even if you're not a nature lover, don't you experience the serenity when you're surrounded by trees? So whenever I stumble across a tree -  whether it's beautiful, ugly, awkward, massive or extraordinary, I take a picture (or many pictures). I'm certain that this collection will be infinite until I've captured all the trees around the world. Well, I might have exaggerated a bit but I hope you enjoy these captures as much as I do.

Osaka in Photosgraphos

Taking photographs while travelling is an absolute pleasure. With these photos in hand, they are like a travel journal that you can revisit anytime and anywhere. While looking forward to a new journey is exciting, reminiscing the past brings back so much good times.

This is a follow-up post for my Osaka trip. I figured out that my main post would be overwhelmed by pictures if I've included all these pictures here. So here they are! Whether you've been to Osaka or not, I hope you enjoy this little recollection of Osaka.

Japan: Osaka (Shinsaibashi/Osaka Castle/Namba/Dotonbori/Umeda/Tsutenkaku)

Osaka Castle - surrounded by the beauty of autumn leaves and the serenity that you will be least expected to find in the lively city.

After finishing my high school education and those taunting exams, my friends and I cheered ourselves up by travelling to Japan - a bustling and compacted city ,yet always filled with charms and amazement. It has been 8 years since my last visit to Japan! I still remembered my first trip to Japan was the 2005 Aichi World Expo and my family spent like 3 hours waiting in the queue to get into the Hitachi Exhibition. It was a pretty cool 3D stimulation where you can feed bananas to monkey!

Anyway, let's get back to Osaka. This was a 8 days trip from 24/11/2012 to 01/12/2012 - with 3 days in  Osaka, 2 days Hakone (a nearby hot-spring famous town) and 3 days Tokyo. This post will detail on Osaka. Hopefully my personal experience will help or inspire you to travel. Let's begin :)
